Holly Dutcher, Executive Director

Holly joined CURE in April 2014. She brings more than six years of accounting and financial assurance experience from previous positions in public accounting, and both private and public corporations. She is a proud graduate of The Aquinas Institute of Rochester and Saint Bonaventure University. She is incredibly passionate about CURE and the families helped through the organization. Life outside the CURE office is consumed by her two beautiful kiddos and her husband. Holly looks forward to leading CURE to the future and continuing the mission the original CURE families began 40 years ago.

Bridget Sadler, Community Coordinator
Bridget joined CURE in September 2018 and is very excited to be part of an organization that is so extremely near and dear to her heart. She is a graduate of St. John Fisher College, and has previous experience working in non-profits and in marketing and event planning. She has been coaching field hockey at West Irondequoit since 2007, and is actively involved with USA Field Hockey. When she is not in the office or on the field hockey field, Bridget enjoys spending time with friends and family, and most importantly, spoiling her pupster Ruby.

Kiersten Kunick, Parent Advocate; 585-697-4470

Kiersten joined CURE in August 2012. Previously, Kiersten was a Children’s Social Worker for Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and a play therapist at the Center for Group Counseling in Boca Raton, FL. Kiersten is one of our two Parent Advocates at Golisano Children’s Hospital – working closely with the staff and patients ensuring all needs are met. She is a mom of three and the parent of a long term cancer survivor.

Michelle Magin, Parent Advocate; 585-697-4836

Michelle joined CURE in May 2019 as a Parent Advocate after being involved with the organization volunteering for many years. She is the mom of two, and her son is the reason she is familiar with the different kinds of support CURE offers. He is a ten year cancer survivor, and being able to be a part of something that has been so helpful and caring for her family is what she hopes to help provide for others. She has spent the past five years teaching cosmetology students as a stylist herself, but is excited to step into this new role with others who share a similar journey.

Adella Ivison, Program Coordinator

I am not new to CURE, as many of you know. I have been blessed to be able to be part of this amazing organization for 2 years. In April 2019, I had to resign due to medical reasons. I have since, been very blessed with wonderful doctors that have helped me regain a lot of my health and I am beyond excited to be able to come back to work in a job that I absolutely love.
As a few of you know, 9 years ago my daughter, Kaytee, was diagnosed with AML Leukemia and had to have a bone marrow transplant. I began my position with CURE as a Parent Advocate and was able to help those that had heard the devastating news like my family did. It meant a great deal to me to hold that position. It helped me heal from things I didn’t even realize I needed help with.
Returning to CURE, I will be acting as Program Coordinator part time. I am very excited to be able to be back in this organization that means so much to me.
