This will be a Zoom instructed class lead by talented Chef Mike Speranza, Certified Executive Chef. An ACF Certified Executive Chef, Mike has ben a Corporate Executive Chef with Custom Culinary since 2005. Prior to that, Mike was a Corporate Chef with Pillsbury and General Mills. In his current position, Mike travels extensively and in 2010, was invited to the White House for First lady Michelle Obama’s Chefs Move to Schools Program to help end childhood obesity. Mike was named ACF Chef Rochester Chef of the Year for 2011.
